NWLC Lymphedema Self-Care Workshop

Classes are usually held every 3 months.

Location:  Cancer Lifeline, Dorothy S. O’Brien Center, Multi-Purpose Room

6522 Fremont Ave. N. Seattle, WA 98103

Facilitated by the Northwest Lymphedema Center, this in-depth workshop will cover manual lymphatic drainage and bandaging, the impact of exercise on lymphatic clearing, skin care and compression garment options as well as the importance of proper nutrition and stress management for successful lymphedema management.

$100 tax deductible donation suggested (significant others free). Bring a lunch.
